Are Metavision SDK Cmake files missing KV260

Are the Metavision SDK CMake (.cmake) files missing from the KV260 Petalinux image? Same question for OpenCV. I am attempting to build some of the examples and CMake cannot find the MetavisionSDKConfig.cmake. I have attempted to locate any CMake files for the MetavisionSDK and cannot find it. I am also attempting to find them for OpenCV and boost and they are nowhere I can find.
