Dear Prophesee Support Team,

I am working with the Prophesee Metavision Starter Kit for AMD Kria KV260 and followed the instructions provided in the Quick Start Guide. After flashing the SD card and booting the board, I attempted to launch Metavision Viewer via SSH as suggested:

V4L2_HEAP=reserved V4L2_SENSOR_PATH=/dev/v4l-subdev3 metavision_viewer

However, I continuously get the error:

Error 101001: Camera not found. Check that a camera is plugged on your system and retry.

Additionally, when I check /dev/, there is no /dev/video0, /dev/v4l*, or related video device node available.

I have:

• Connected the sensor to the J9 connector properly (multiple attempts with careful attention to orientation).

• Used UART and Ethernet for communication.

• Verified the board boots correctly and shows the expected files.
  
  

Could you please guide me on:

1. Whether this issue could be due to a bad camera connection or software configuration?

2. If there is a required step I may have missed (like firmware loading, module activation, or a dependency)?
