Extrinsic Calibration Reference Point

Hello everyone,

I am currently performing an extrinsic calibration with the EVK4 HD and would like to validate the results of my translation. I have already been able to measure the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) directions in a CAD model or directly on the camera. However, I am missing the reference point to accurately determine the depth (Z-direction).

Has anyone done this before or knows the exact point to use as a reference? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
