DFoV vs HFoV/VFoV discrepancy in GenX320-CN1 Product Brief

DFoV vs HFoV/VFoV discrepancy in GenX320-CN1 Product Brief

Hello,

In the GenX320-CN1 Product Brief, the HFoV/VFoV is listed as 47.6° and the DFoV as 80.5°.

However, when I calculate the DFoV from HFoV/VFoV using the standard relation for a square sensor:

tan(DFoV/2) = √2 × tan(HFoV/2)

I get DFoV ≈ 63.9°, which is quite different from the 80.5° listed in the datasheet.

For reference, this calculation matches well for the CM2 module (HFoV 84° → calculated DFoV 103.7° vs. listed 104°), but shows a much larger gap for CN1.

Could you confirm which value is correct, and clarify how DFoV is defined/measured for this module?
