How is equivalent frame rate calculated?
Hello and good day,
As I know frame rate is not a defined parameter in event-based cameras but is there a formula to estimate how fast of a change in the scene can be detected?
In Prohphesee's website more than 10000 fps is mentioned as equivalent temporal precision, how is this number calculated?
