Licensing T&C's for Kria embedded kit

Hello,

I have already put in a support ticket regarding the following. I believe that the licensing T&C's are vague when it comes to demonstration purposes. If I create a binary based on a derivative of the embedded marker application code, how would I go about ensuring the binary is used for demonstration purposes and only in conjunction with the hardware?

    Thank you for sending the T&C's. I do have a follow-up question regarding section 2.1(d)  of the Kria starter kit TC's: If I distribute the software as a debian package (binary form) only, and sub-license the package with a disclaimer that the software is for demonstration purposes on the Kria KV260, does this satisfy the terms and conditions?
