I'm encountering an issue when running Prophesee on my Windows. The error message I receive is:

In addition to this error, I've noticed that the visualization video is behaving erratically. It becomes very slow at times and then suddenly speeds up. I'm not sure if this is due to a connection problem or a software issue.

Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to fix it?
