Reset timestamps for multi-cam sync

Hello - 

I am utilizing 4 SilkyEvCam modules in a stereo setup. I have connected configured one of the cameras as the master and the other three as the slaves in software. I then connect the sync out of the master to the sync in of each slave. Distances between the master and slaves range between 0.5 and 1 meter. 

I am seeing that there is a 10-20ms offset between the timestamps with respect to the master. Could this be attributed to cable lengths? Or rather does the master only ensure that the cameras are clocked in synchrony not that they are reset in tandem as well?

Any help would be appreciated,
