ROS node with standard CPU architecture
Hello,
I am trying to use the EVK4 to make a ROS node for a larger system. I am looking to build the ROS node on a PC with a traditional x86 Intel-i7 processor. I saw on the ROS node website (
GitHub - prophesee-ai/prophesee_ros_wrapper: ROS driver for Prophesee event-based sensors) that OpenEB was a pre-requisite. Is that only the case if fully-open source or non-standard architecture (AMD) is used? If so, can I just compile and install the pre-compiled binaries and proceed through the rest of the ROS integration?
Thanks,
Jonah
