Sample not running in new version

Hello,

With the new release Metavision SDK (4.6) I am unable to open samples (ex. metavision_time_surface.py). But with version 4.53 there is no problem.
The following error is shown:
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _errors: The specified procedure could not be found.
