When the saturation takes place, do the remaining columns become more sensitive?

Hii,

I have been doing an experiment to understand a bit more the behavior of the camera when the saturation takes place and my results show that the higher the saturation, the higher the average event rate per row.

My experiment consists of several points rotating at a certain speed, I compared the event rate for the same point, same position and same speed in higher and lower saturation conditions and found that the event rate for that dot is higher when the saturation is higher, which makes me think that the rows become more sensitive because the same point is generating a higher number of events.

Is that true? the remaining rows in a saturated scenario become more sensitive? Is the camera trying to preserve the event rate of the scene constant by triggering more events in the remaining rows?

Thanks
